UPMC Italy is issuing a call for applications for the following fixed-term position: Radiotherapy Nurse (Ref. IdR UPMC/18 TD)

UPMC Italy is a company operating in the field of patient care, biomedical research and telemedicine. UPMC Italy also provides professional and operations management services, and consulting to develop clinical and research activities. UPMC Italy offers professional opportunities in an international and multicultural setting at an advanced radiotherapy center.

The Radiotherapy Nurse participates in the planning, scheduling, and implementing nursing care, collaborates with physicians and other health care providers, and enforces the Center policies and procedures. The Radiotherapy Nurse also actively participates in the education of patients and families, and updates paper and electronic medical records. The Radiotherapy Nurse is accountable for appropriate management and administration of drugs, and is an active part of the infection control process.


• Degree in Nursing licensing to practice the profession recognized in Italy, or equivalent title.
• Enrollment in the Board of Registered Nurses.

Preferential qualifications:

• Experience in radiotherapy.
• Current valid ACLS and BLS-D certificate.

The ideal candidate is English proficient and is familiar with the main MS-Office software; teamwork and stress management skills complete the role.

The workplace is in the Province of Avellino.
