UPMC Italy is issuing a call for applications for the following fixed-term position: 1 Administrative Assistant (Ref. AA UPMC/18 TD)

UPMC Italy is a company operating in the field of patient care, biomedical research, and telemedicine. UPMC Italy also provides professional and operations management services and consulting to develop clinical and research activities. UPMC Italy offers professional opportunities in an international and multicultural setting at UPMC San Pietro Advanced Radiotherapy Center. The Center offers innovative radiotherapy treatments and stereotactic radiosurgery with advanced protocols of care for patients with oncology diseases. In 2017, the Center received the Joint Commission International (JCI) accreditation. Under the supervision of the Administrative Director, the Administrative Assistant performs administrative tasks and clinical clerk’s duties.
He/she is responsible for organizing doctors’ appointments, updating daily reports, and providing billing for customers. The Administrative Assistant is also responsible for ensuring that medical records are appropriately filed.

Requisites:

  • High school diploma
  • At least two years of documented experience in a similar role

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with healthcare funds/supplementary insurance schemes
  • Knowledge of the SAP system

The ideal candidate is fluent in English, has good knowledge of MS-Office applications, and excellent teamwork and stress management skills.

The workplace is Rome.
